West Berkshire Council Planning service

West Berkshire Council (WBC) is asking for feedback on its Planning Public Access service (also known as the Planning Portal).

The online system can be used to search for applications, view plans and documents, submit comments, and check decisions, and WBC would like to understand how clear the service is to use, how easy it is to find information, and how it could be improved. It is also looking for feedback on neighbour notifications.

The survey may be accessed on WBC’s web site. It should take only a few minutes to complete, and is open until midnight on Thursday 7 May 2026.
