Garden waste collection service

The new subscription period for West Berkshire Council’s garden waste collection service will run from Monday 24 August 2026 to Sunday 5 September 2027.

Current subscribers who pay by direct debit are currently being contacted by e-mail or post with details about the service and charging structure. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled.

New customers and anyone who paid for their current subscription by debit or credit card can sign up for 2026-27 from late July. Existing customers will be notified by letter or e-mail.

Please note that all payments made before 30 June 2026 will be for the full amount and will cover only the 2025-26 period (ie to Sunday 23 August 2026).
