The Calcot Centre houses the Parish Council Office, the Main Hall, the Jubilee Annexe, and the Committee Room.  

The Main Hall measures 60ft x 30ft (1,829cm x 914cm) and has a raised platform at one and.  The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, water urn, crockery and cutlery.  Cooking utensils, pans and dishes are not provided.  There are 18 tables each measuring 4ft x 2ft and 90 chairs.  A few extra tables and chairs can be provided if required. 

The Jubilee Annexe adjoins the Main Hall and can be hired as a separate, self-contained facility.  It has a kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery, as well as a separate bar/servery area with fridge, urn, kettle, cups and glasses.  There is also a foyer with WCs, and a large, light hall with windows on two sides.

The Committee Room is suitable for meetings of up to 25 people. There are magnetic boards and a ceiling mounted screen.
