Closing a road to hold a Platinum Jubilee street party

Anyone organising a Jubilee Street Party between Thursday 2 and Sunday 5 June must apply to West Berkshire Council for a temporary road closure by Friday 6 May. 

The council has also put some special arrangements in place in order to help communities take part in the celebrations by holding street parties. These arrangements include West Berkshire Council arranging public liability insurance for individuals who are arranging street parties (this does not apply to organisations which have their own cover, or for outside operators such as stall holders at the event).
