Wellbeing sessions

Weekly wellbeing sessions are held in the Main Hall at Calcot at 3.00pm on Thursday afternoons.

Led by qualified instructors from Get Berkshire Active, these classes are perfect for gently building strength, suppleness, stamina and skill, as well as giving an opportunity to connect and socialise with others.
