West Berkshire Council Day Centres

West Berkshire Council runs three centres which provide day services:

• Greenfield House, Calcot
• Hungerford Resource Centre
• Phoenix Resource Centre, Newbury

In order to understand users’ experiences, expectations and overall satisfaction with the services and support provided, West Berkshire Council is seeking feedback to help it plan for the future, improve communication and engagement, and develop the support and care provided.

The survey is available on West Berkshire Council’s web site, and is open until midnight on Sunday 16 August.
